The Damkars plan to gift a parcel of their along 12 Mile Coulee Road, adjacent to Watermark to the Centre Street Church to built its new NW Campus.  The land use application also incuded 10 residential lots along Splyglass Way.

The application received first reading on May 27, 2014 through a unanimous vote from Rocky View County Council. Upon Council’s request some minor technical changes are being made to the application and it will come before Council again on June 10, 2014.
